Stewart Curley has a 20+ year track record of leading public and private equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions, international operations and financial management processes that drive success in high growth technology environments. Previously, Mr. Curley served as Chief Financial Officer at Rivermine, Inc., a leading provider of automated enterprise telecommunications expense management solutions. Prior to Rivermine, Mr. Curley was the Chief Financial Officer at Plateau Systems, a leading e-learning software developer. As CFO of Digital Paper Corporation, Mr. Curley raised venture financing and led the company to a highly favorable acquisition by e-Plus Corporation. Under Mr. Curley’s financial leadership at POMS Corporation, the company increased value more than 1,300 percent, culminating in an acquisition by Honeywell Corporation. He has also held various senior management positions at Descartes Systems and Orbital Sciences, which completed an IPO under his financial leadership.
Stew is a certified public accountant and is active in many community education and transportation initiatives. Stew graduated with honors from the University of Maryland. |
