Mr. Rosenstock joined Celebrity Resorts with 14 years industry experience in financial roles. As Vice President of Finance he has taken responsibility for the planning and leadership of all corporate finance, accounting, and internal audit functions of this rapidly expanding company. His career began in 1992 at Orange Lake Resorts where he held various positions in mortgage servicing, securitizations and accounting, reaching a pivotal role with them as Sr. Director and Controller of Developer Accounting / Mortgage Operations. In 2002 he transitioned to Starwood Vacation Ownership to serve as the Director of Treasury Operations. He was soon thereafter promoted to Director of Corporate Reporting and Analysis. His responsibilities at Starwood included cash management, mortgage servicing, financial analysis, and securitization administration. Since joining Celebrity Resorts, Mr. Rosenstock has initiated many collections and loan servicing improvements that have led to record collection performance. The improvements will result in an increased cash-flow of millions on an annual basis. Mr. Rosenstock attended Washington University in St. Louis where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He also holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida. |
