Steven Pink, Vice President and General Manager of European Operations, has responsibility for the management of ICT Europe in Dublin, Ireland, and London, England. He will be responsible for managing contact centre operations, client services, CRM development teams and IT management functions across ICT's European facilities.
Steve Pink has more than 26 years' experience in customer service, telemarketing and operational management. Prior to this appointment, Steve Pink served as Head of Operations for Telecom Service Centres Ltd, a leading UK contact centre outsourcer where he managed 3 call centres comprising over 1000 employees for a mobile telephone client. Steve Pink has held interim management positions with Prudential, Post Office, NTL and Freeserve where he demonstrated his extensive organisational change capabilities, and enjoyed a significant record of success managing efficient and effective telesales channels, direct marketing operations, e-commerce channels and customer focused inbound service centres. Earlier in his career Steve Pink was Head of Telesales at BUPA after spending over 17 years in the travel and hotel industry.
Steve Pink is a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM), a member of the Communications Management Association (CMA) and leader of their Contact Centre Special Interest Group . He will be working from the ICT Europe regional head office in Uxbridge, U.K. |
