Steven Kyono is Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, of Hewitt Associates. His responsibilities include managing all legal services for the company.
Steven brings a deep understanding of the human resources services business and a wealth of experience guiding complex outsourcing relationships to the position. Prior to his current role, Steven served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of The BISYS Group, Inc., a provider of outsourcing services to companies in the financial services industry. While at BISYS, he was instrumental in resolving the organization's legal and regulatory issues culminating in the successful sale of the company. Steven held key executive positions with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), including serving as Staff Vice President and Associate General Counsel and General Counsel of ADP's Employer Services Group. He began his legal career at Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP, a leading corporate and international law firm based in New York.
Steven holds a law degree from New York University School of Law and a bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
