Steven Klosko Steve Klosko is the VP in charge of the Science Division at Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT) Inc. He is also the current SGT and former Raytheon Program Manager for the Geophysics, Geodynamics and Space Geodesy Program at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Steve has provided managerial and technical support to NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) and various non-NASA projects for over 30 years. Over this time period he has published over 70 refereed papers in a wide range of journals including the Journal of Geophysical Research, Geophysical Research Letters, Celestial Mechanics, Journal of Geodesy, the IEEE Journal of Remote Sensing and others. He co-authored the orbit determination report, entitled Dynamics of SLR Satellites for the quadrennial U.S. National Report to the IUGG in 1995. Steve has over 30 years experience in orbit determination, orbit error analysis, and geodetic and geodynamic parameter estimation and modeling applications. He presently is a NASA co-investigator on the GRACE, Jason, TOPEX/Poseidon, and ICESat Science Teams, and a Co-I within NASA s ACCESS Program. Formerly he was on the Science Team for NASA s Dynamics of the Solid Earth, Solid Earth and Natural Hazards, and Crustal Dynamics Programs. Steve serves various roles within the broader geophysics and geodesy community. He is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Geodynamics and is the Science Coordinator for the International Laser Ranging Service. Steve joined SGT in November of 2004. |
