Steve served as a Managing Director and Head of the Natural Resource Group in the Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities. Steve worked in the Natural Resources Group at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1989 to 1998, and led the Group during the last three years of his tenure. Prior to joining CSFB; he worked in capital markets and investment banking functions at Salomon Brothers. Representations during his investment banking career include numerous sales, mergers and acquisitions, ranging in size from $100 million to $7 billion. He has also raised in excess of $60 billion in debt and equity for clients in both public and private markets worldwide. Steve holds a B.A. degree in history and political science from Brown University. |
