Mr. Berry joined NeoMagic in August 2007 as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining NeoMagic Mr. Berry was Vice President of Finance with Sipex Corporation a semiconductor company that designs manufactures and markets a broad portfolio of high performance value-added analog integrated circuits for original equipment manufacturers doing business in the high growth markets of networking computing communications optical storage since May 2004. From June 2000 to January 2004 Mr. Berry was Vice President of Finance Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Secretary at BRECIS Communications a venture backed fabless semiconductor company. He also worked at Ernst & Young LLP as an auditor and at Cirrus Logic most recently as Operations Controller. Mr. Berry has a BS from University California Davis CA and an MBA from California State University Hayward CA. He is a CPA. |
