Steven Beck began his career in sales and management search in 1980 with Snelling and Snelling (a 500 office national recruiting firm). This large corporate search environment provided an excellent foundation to build his career in the search industry. As a Sales Specialist with Snelling, Steven quickly became highly regarded within the Snelling Network receiving multiple national production and quality awards. Steven's successes in sales recruiting spanned a variety of industries: Computer Hardware and Software, Telecommunications, Datacommunications, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Industrial and Consumer Products. In reaction to the changing business/search climate of the mid-Eighties, Steven founded Beck/Eastwood Recruitment Solutions in early '85. Drawing upon the successful benchmarks established with the Snelling System and enhancing both quality and personalized service, the Beck/Eastwood Method was created. In 1988, Beck/Eastwood became members of National Personnel Associates (a 380 office international search network). In 1990 and 1995, Steven was recognized by NPA as a Top 10 Sales/Net recruiter and is currently a multiple 10 Klub Award Winner and Silver Target Winner (Counseling excellence award for placing candidates with over $1,000,000 in salary). In 1996, we joined Recruiters On-Line Network/IPA, the Internet Professional Association (a 1600 member international search cooperative) to expand our search coverage. Through our affiliation with NPA/Sales/Net and IPA, we have expanded our search capabilities to assist our clients wherever their sales/management/marketing needs arise. Steve's focus in the medical/pharmaceutical and consumer products industry in the '80's shifted to higher technology search in the '90's."The technology business reinvents itself every six months. Steve lives in Stevenson Ranch, California with his wife, Gigi and their sidekick, Poka (short for Poka-Haunt-Us, their maniac Dalmatian). Steve is a 4.5 rated tennis fanatic and professional drummer/performer.
