Steve, CEO and President, joined Surfect Technologies in 2004. He also became CEO, President, and a director of Surfect Holdings as result of the acquisition of Surfect Technologies in September 2006. A 28 year packaging industry veteran, his marketing and technical development activities have focused on electronics manufacturing and bringing new innovative interconnect technology to the semiconductor industry. He has held prior positions as CEO of Silicon Bandwidth, Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing and Business Development at Amkor Technologies, and positions at Texas Instruments and startup companies. Mr. Anderson received a BSEE degree in engineering from the University of North Dakota. |
