Steven Abram, BWCA's Managing Officer, has been with the Firm for over twenty-five years. He has extensive experience handling sophisticated real estate transactions for various developers, retailers and theatres, as well as many other public and private entity clients. Mr. Abram has represented both landlords and tenants in connection with the development of many high-profile shopping and entertainment complexes throughout Southern California. He has coordinated the leasing of The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center in Los Angeles, The River at Rancho Mirage, Bella Terra in Huntington Beach, West Hollywood Gateway, redeveloped Beverly Connection, Valley Plaza, NoHo Commons and many others. PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS AND AWARDS Mr. Abram is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, State Bar of California (Real Property Law Section) and Los Angeles County Bar Association (Real Property Section). Mr. Abram was named Southern California Super Lawyer, an annual listing recognizing top attorneys, in 2004 and 2006. EDUCATION Mr. Abram received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1979. He received an M.A. in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1980. Mr. Abram graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from the Univer-sity of California at Los Angeles in 1976. |
