Steve Lacy was elected Senior Vice President, Administration, General Counsel and Secretary of Koppers Holdings in November 2004 and has been Senior Vice President, Administration, General Counsel and Secretary of Koppers Inc. since January 2004. He joined Koppers in July 2001 as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He added responsibility for Human Resources in 2002 and was promoted to his current position in 2004. He has more than 17 years experience in the steel industry, most recently as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Previously, he was Assistant General Counsel at Bethlehem Lukens Inc., with responsibility for that company's three steel subsidiaries. He is a graduate of Drake University and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University. |
