Steve Young joined the company in 2002 and serves as the company’s Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Young's responsibilities include investment policy and strategy, treasury management, asset allocation, and regulatory investment compliance. Prior to joining Century Surety Company in 2002, Mr. Young was a principal with Stonehenge Partners, a private equity and investment banking firm that helped fund the acquisition of the company on 2000. In addition, he was employed as a director at Banc One Capital Corporation and worked as an investment banker at Salomon Smith Barney. Mr. Young earned a B.S. in accounting from The Ohio State University, an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a CPA (inactive status). |
