Steven R. Smith Steve is a member of the Real Estate and Finance Practice Groups. He has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate law.
Steve represents commercial lenders in all types of real estate transactions including construction and permanent financing of a wide-variety of projects. Steve represents many regional developers on a wide variety of projects, including multi-family apartments, condominium, office warehouse, single family residential subdivisions, suburban office, hospitality, downtown office mixed use, as well as retail shopping centers.
Steve has also represented national developers and tenants on several retail shopping center developments throughout the United States.
He has worked on the acquisition, zoning, leasing, construction, permanent financing and sale of all types of projects.
Steve is also a licensed Title Agent in the State of Ohio. He is the manager of 2800 Company, LLC, an agent for First American title Insurance Company and Ohio Republic Title Insurance Company
