Steven R. Fife was appointed chief financial officer in August 2007. Mr. Fife served LECG in a financial consulting capacity since May 2007. Prior to joining LECG, he was vice president, corporate controller of PMC Sierra on an interim basis, and was senior corporate controller at Gilead Sciences (NASDAQ: GILD). He has broad domestic and international experience in finance, technical accounting, operations, M&A and operating asset management, and a successful track record of creative problem solving and driving improved operating performance. Mr. Fife began his career at Deloitte & Touche and held finance positions of increasing responsibility with JDS Uniphase and Amkor Technologies. He earned a bachelor of science in accounting from Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
