Mr. Johnston attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2003. After graduation from law school, Mr. Johnston’s practice consisted primarily of personal injury defense, construction defect, commercial, and products liability litigation. He is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and the Defense Research Institute. At Kennedy, Childs & Fogg, Mr. Johnston’s practice focuses on the representation of health care professionals and institutions in professional malpractice claims and licensing and credentialing matters. |
