Mr. Sherman has over 25 years of experience in the natural gas, oil, electric, and telecommunications industries. He represents companies in all areas of the energy field including utilities, power producers and natural energy associations. His practice has included regulatory work before State and Federal Regulatory bodies; asset transactions; joint venture agreements; negotiation of natural gas and oil purchase and sales; power agreements and renewable energy agreements; and general corporate matters. Mr. Sherman is a past chairman of the Utility Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association as well as a past chairman of the Legal Section of the Midwest Energy Association. Mr. Sherman is also a member of the Energy Bar Association.
