Steven M. Yasbek has served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President since October 2006 after originally joining Alphatec Spine as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller. Prior to Alphatec, Mr. Yasbek was Vice President, Corporate Controller of REMEC, Inc., a publicly held international manufacturer of RF microwave products; and Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Information Officer for Paradigm Wireless Systems, a privately held, international manufacturer of RF power amplifiers. He also held the positions of Corporate Controller of Intellisys Group, Inc. and Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Information Officer for Pacific Scientific Company, which was acquired by Danaher Corporation. From 1989 to 1997, Mr. Yasbek held several senior level financial, IT, and operations positions with Symbol Technologies, Inc., and from 1975 to 1988, he held several senior level finance positions with TRW, Inc. Mr. Yasbek is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. and an M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University. |
