Steven M. Raguz joined Cleveland-Cliffs as vice president, corporate planning and strategic analysis in March 2007. His appointment to treasurer in October of the same year was intended to ensure capital structure planning is aligned with Cliffs’ long-term strategic plan, as well as strategic cash management.
Prior to his responsibilities at Cliffs, Mr. Raguz served as senior director, financial planning and analysis of STERIS Corporation from 2000 to 2007. Before that, he was with OfficeMax, American Greetings, and Deloitte & Touche LLP.
A graduate of Ohio State University with a B.S. in business administration, Mr. Raguz has extensive experience in various aspects of financial and strategic planning and analysis. In his current capacity, he is responsible for long-term financial planning and strategic analysis, including evaluation of corporate development opportunities and strategic transactions. |
