Mr. Steven Kobos is experienced in litigation and transactions relating to a range of business and corporate issues. He currently focuses his practice primarily on energy and banking transactions and fiduciary representation. Mr. Kobos joined Frederic Dorwart, Lawyers in 2001. Prior to that time, he was a shareholder with Nichols, Wolfe, Stamper, Nally, Fallis & Robertson, Inc. In addition, Mr. Kobos has served as an adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa. Away from work, Mr. Kobos is active in the community. He has served in the Literacy Tutor Program for the Tulsa County Library; General Counsel to the March of Dimes of Eastern Oklahoma; and as President of the Board of Trustees for the Tulsa Charity Horse Show. In 1990 Mr. Kobos received his J.D., with highest honors, from the University of Oklahoma, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, the President of the Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity, and the recipient of the Oklahoma Bar Association Outstanding Student Award. |
