Steve is vice president and directly responsible for the Company's day-to-day operations in Memphis. The Memphis portfolio is comprised of more than 1.2 million square feet that is 4% of Highwoods' total annualized revenue.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing investment sales marketing and finance. Before joining Highwoods in April of 2004 Steve served as senior vice president of Trammell Crow Company overseeing the Memphis Office Leasing Division.
Steve earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Steve also serves as director of the commercial Council of the Memphis Association of Realtors and is a board member of the Memphis Symphony Orchestra. |
