Mr. Mencarini joined the company in June of 1997 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Mencarini was controller of the Technology Management Group of Computer Sciences Corporation ("CSC") a New York Stock Exchange company and one of the nation's three largest information technology outsourcing organizations. Prior to working at CSC Mr. Mencarini was vice president of finance of PacifiCorp Capital from 1981 to 1991 and was a senior auditor at Deloitte Haskins & Sells from 1979 to 1981. Mr. Mencarini is a 1976 graduate of the University of Maryland and has a Masters of Taxation from American University. |
