Mr. Goldman who joined us in 1982 served as our Chief Executive Officer from 1990 to 2006. He was named Chairman of the Board in February 1997. From 1990 to January 2000 Mr. Goldman also served as our President. He resigned as Chairman in June 2007 and now serves as a non-executive Director of the Company. He received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Bridgeport in 1979 and his M.B.A. degree from Pepperdine University Presidential and Key Executive MBA program in 1989. Mr. Goldman was recognized by Pepperdine as a Distinguished Alumnus of the Graziadio School in 1999. Mr. Goldman is a contributing member and co-membership chairman of the San Fernando Valley Chapter of the Young President's Organization. |
