H. Steven Gilbert serves as senior vice president of Human Resources and Administration for Fluor Corporation, where he is responsible for the company's human resources, executive services, real estate and office services functions.
Prior to assuming his current position, Gilbert served as senior vice president of Business and Work Process Integration.
Since joining Fluor in 1970, Gilbert has held a variety of project management and general management positions. He has lead the company's Telecommunications business line and its Federal Projects business line. He has managed Fluor offices in Irvine, Calif.; Houston; Calgary; Greenville, S.C.; Chicago; Philadelphia and Europe.
Gilbert graduated from the Case Institute of Technology of Case Western Reserve University, with a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering. He has attended executive management programs at the University of California at Los Angeles and Pennsylvania State University. |
