With 24 years experience in the LNG industry, Steve Arbelovsky brings comprehensive expertise in all aspects of the LNG chain from gas production, compression and transmission of natural gas, conditioning, liquefaction, storage and loading. As a routine member of the ConocoPhillips Corporate safety and environmental audit team, Mr. Arbelovsky has participated in multiple worldwide audits, focusing on mechanical integrity and process safety management areas. Mr. Arbelovsky developed and implemented regulatory process safety management programs and was directly responsible for all aspects of LNG process safety for the Kenai LNG Plant (Alaska). During Mr. Arbelovsky’s 30 year tenure with ConocoPhillips, he has managed onshore and offshore operations, drilling and work-over activities, as well as regulated oil and gas pipeline transmission systems. Mr. Arbelovsky is experienced in project execution, commissioning and facility start-ups. Most recently, he has completed three years as the Technical Director of a ConocoPhillips upstream joint venture in Russia’s Far North. |
