Dr. Ramsland served as Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Development for United Behavioral Health, where he analyzed behavioral health and disease management markets and implemented strategies to expand the company’s public sector business. Prior to United Behavioral Health, Dr. Ramsland was Vice President of Government Programs for ValueOptions, providing leadership in the marketing of managed behavioral healthcare services to governmental payors. Prior to that, he rose through the management ranks to become President and Chief Executive Officer of SERV Behavioral Health System, a community mental health and developmental disabilities organization. Dr. Ramsland earned a Doctor of Education degree in Counseling Psychology from Rutgers University, a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English from Trinity College. |
