Steve is a partner in our Audit and Accounting Services Group and a member of the Manufacturing and Distribution Industry Group and the firm’s Technical and Quality Control Department. He is the firm’s SEC Practice leader and Co-Leader of our Financial Institution Services Group. He is located in our Reading office. Professional Experience Steve has more than 21 years of experience in public accounting. His responsibilities include financial statement review, consultation on complex accounting and reporting matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions and SEC reporting requirements. Steve provides services to financial institutions and middle market manufacturing and distribution companies. He is also experienced with all aspects of SEC reporting and filings under both the 1933 and 1934 Acts, communications with the SEC and initial public offerings. Prior to joining bmc, Steve was employed by an international accounting firm. He also completed a two-year rotation in his prior firm's National SEC Matters Group.
