Steve is a partner in the Audit and Accounting Services Group and is located in our Reading office. Professional Experience A CPA with 17 years of experience in auditing and business consulting, nine of which were with Ernst & Young, Steve focuses much of his time in serving the audit and accounting needs of our middle market, privately and publicly held companies. Specifically, he serves companies operating in the manufacturing, distribution, and service industries. His responsibilities include the coordination of the annual audit, financial statement preparation, consultation on accounting and reporting matters, assistance with merger and acquisition activities, and assistance with other business and operational issues. Steve is also experienced in all aspects of SEC reporting and filings under both the 1933 and 1934 Acts, communications with the SEC and initial public offerings.
