Background/Education

Mr. Szuch was born in Dearborn, Michigan, in 1970 and admitted to State Bar of Michigan in 1998. He earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan (1993) and a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School (1998). Prior to law school, Mr. Szuch worked at a Tier I automotive supplier in the areas of purchasing and manufacturing. He was a recipient of the Evans Scholarship at the University of Michigan.

Mr. Szuch regularly counsels buyers, sellers, shareholders/members, landlords, tenants, developers, banks and individuals in a broad range of business and real estate matters, including loan documentation and work-outs.
