Mr. Pellizzer joined CyberSource in February, 1999. He has held positions of increasing responsibility since then, culminating in his January, 2003 appointment to the position of Chief Financial Officer. In his current role, Mr. Pellizzer directs the company's corporate accounting, financial planning, reporting, investor relations, and stock administration. He had significant responsibilities during the company's initial public offering in 1999 and in the secondary offering later that year.
Before joining CyberSource, Mr. Pellizzer held a variety of positions, including that of Audit Manager, with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1991 to 1999. Mr. Pellizzer is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Santa Clara University. |
