Steve joined Solenture in 1984 and has developed the company’s technical and consulting practices. He is responsible for strategic planning for the firm, with a focus on delivering comprehensive solutions to clients. A recognized authority in many benefit and financial areas, Steve has extensive experience in the analysis and design of executive programs and has directed the development of next generation executive benefit plans and communications, as well as security and financing techniques. A frequent guest speaker, he has also been quoted in or authored articles for Barron's Business Weekly, Business Week, CFO Magazine, Directorship, Journal of Compensation and Benefits, and Journal of Deferred Compensation. Steve is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University. He has served on the board of The Association of Advanced Life Underwriters, is a contributing editor to Journal of Deferred Compensation, and is a member of the Association of Health Insurance Advisors and The International Forum. Steve serves on the Executive Board of the Andrew Carnegie Society of Carnegie Mellon University and the Business Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. |
