Steven C. Delinko is a partner of the firm in its Real Estate Department. Mr. Delinko concentrates his practice in transactional work in connection with the acquisition, disposition, financing, leasing and operation of office, industrial, shopping center and retail properties. In 1994, he represented the tenant in connection with the largest industrial lease executed in New Jersey, and in 1993, he represented the owner in connection with the largest office lease executed in New Jersey. Mr. Delinko has lectured at the National Office Real Estate Conference - The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. A graduate, cum laude, of Boston University (1974), Mr. Delinko earned his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law (1978). He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. |
