Steven A. Museles, age 44, is executive vice president, chief legal officer and secretary of CapitalSource Inc. (NYSE: CSE), a leading commercial lending, investment and asset management business focused on the middle market. As of June 30, 2007, CapitalSource managed an $20.1 billion portfolio of owned and managed assets.
Steve has served as chief legal officer and secretary of CapitalSource since the company’s inception in 2000 and is a member of the CapitalSource Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining CapitalSource, Mr. Museles was a partner practicing corporate and securities law at the law firm of Hogan & Hartson L.L.P., which he joined in 1993.
Steve received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center. |
