Mr. Williams was elected as a director in 2006. Mr. Williams has farmed near Fisher, Minnesota since 1987. Mr. Williams has served as a director of the Red River Valley Sugarbeet Growers Association since 1998, and has served as its chairman since 2003. Mr. Williams resigned as president of the Red River Valley Sugarbeet Growers Association effective as of the commencement of his term as a director of the Company. Mr. Williams also serves on the board of directors and as president of the American Sugarbeet Growers Association; and as director of the Sugar Association, the Halstad Cooperative Telephone Company, and the Eldred Farmers Elevator. |
