Steve Unterberger is Chief Solutions Officer at ServiceSource. He is responsible for the company's information technology platforms and for the development of client-facing solutions that increase efficiencies for business operations and processes. Prior to joining ServiceSource, Steve was responsible for Services Strategy and Technology Development at Hewitt Associates, the world's largest provider of human resources business process outsourcing (BPO) and consulting services. He joined Hewitt's executive team as part of the company's acquisition of Exult, a BPO company he co-founded in 1999. Exult pioneered the HR BPO industry, servicing Global 500 clients and growing to more than $500 million in revenues in five years. Previously, Steve held an executive position at Systemhouse, a $2 billion IT consulting and outsourcing unit of MCI, and as a consultant at PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Steve received a degree from the University of Pennsylvania. |
