Steve has over twenty-five years of experience in manufacturing, pre-sales consulting and post-sales project management of sales forecasting, demand planning, S&OP, supply chain management, and ERP systems. Steve spent the first ten years of career running supply chain and manufacturing groups for major high technology and aerospace manufacturing organizations. Following this, he spent ten years working for both start-up and established software organizations where he ran both Services organization and Pre-Sales consulting. Steve spent four years at SAP where he served as a Pre-Sales Consultant and later as a Sr. Product Manager, three years at Baan where he ran their Pre-Sales consulting team, and three years at SPI where he served as the VP of Services. Steve is a CPIM, has taught courses on Supply Chain Management at Cal State University and written numerous papers on the same subject.
