Biography Steve co-founded MICG Investment Management and served as President and Chief Operations Officer from 2000-2005. He now heads his own private client group, which specializes in total wealth management planning for individual and corporate clients. He oversees the financial planning process through coordination of goal planning, risk assessment, portfolio management, insurance needs, income tax and estate planning. Steve has been authorized by the Certified Financial Planning Board of Standards to use the CFP® certification marks. These marks identify financial professionals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP® board. He may also use the CRPC marks of a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor from the College of Financial Planning and the CEPS marks of a Certified Elder Planning Specialist from the Institute of Elder Planning Studies.Steve maintains Principal licenses for General Securities, Options, Municipal Securities and Financial/Operations. He is registered to trade general securities and holds Investment Advisory Representative, Commodities, and Life and Health Insurance licenses.Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of William and Mary. He serves as a Director of the Sigmon Foundation, which is dedicated to the education and welfare of underprivileged children. |
