Steve has provided strategic consulting assistance to a number of diverse organizations over the course of his 12 year career in senior management. He has implemented process and technology solutions at public and private companies, for-profit and non-profit organizations, and US-based and foreign nationals. He provided leadership for a decade at one of the premier global consulting organizations as a member of their highly selective Process Excellence Practice, before founding his own highly successful consulting firm, which Xperianz acquired in 2004. Steve s broad range of valuable experience comes from dozens of engagements which have involved strategic planning, systems integration, business process optimization, and organization (re)design. He is recognized for his development of strategic initiatives, especially those involving complex process and technology changes. Steve is an expert in the area of Performance Management, and is a published and respected author on the topic. His leadership and collaborative approach have helped him develop an interactive style and trust with clients. He has also been acknowledged for his proven abilities in leading one of his client s projects to winning provincial recognition for the 2000 Project of the Year award. Under Steve s leadership, the practice has remained technology agnostic our professionals have helped clients across a spectrum of technologies, from Tier I/II ERP solutions (e.g. Oracle, SAP, JDE, Peoplesoft, Great Plains, Lawson, MFG/Pro), Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Cognos, Hyperion, and Outlooksoft), development languages (e.g. VB, .NET), ETL technologies (e.g. Informatica) and point solutions (e.g. Passport, Lean Logistics, nSite, Syteline). Steve has his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Michigan, and is active as a Malcolm Baldridge Examiner for the Ohio Award for Excellence. The Xperianz ES professionals brought the right blend of project management, industry know-how, and systems integration experience to lead this effort, on time and on budget. A mid-market, family-owned client was beginning their first transition of control. Operating with little or no IT infrastructure for years, the client was facing a need to play catch up just to keep pace with new reporting requirements and customer demands. The Xperianz ES team led the initiative to guide the client through the complexities of Tier II ERP solutions and control project costs to stay within budget. The team also established the path to completely modernize the company s infrastructure, bundling VOIP and other services together into an outsourcing arrangement that provided a host of new capabilities without increasing their current IT spend.
