Steve Rosengarten is a Director focused on European buyout opportunities in the telecommunications and industrial sector. He is based in Paris.
Prior to joining Carlyle in 2000, Mr. Rosengarten was a member of the Media Team at Lazard Frères in New York. Prior to that, he practiced M&A and securities law at Chadbourne & Parke as an attorney in New York.
Mr. Rosengarten received his LL.M. at Harvard Law School and his LL.B. (Hons) at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Mr. Rosengarten is on the Board of Directors of Com Hem, the leading Swedish cable operator, Casema, the third Dutch cable operator and represented Carlyle on the board of Bredbandsbolaget (Sweden) prior to its sale to Telenor in 2005. |
