Mr. McMullan, a Director based in EuroConsult’s new Birmingham UK office, is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s M&A and strategic advisory activities, including transaction origination, project management, client relationship management and financial analysis and valuations. Steve qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with Price Waterhouse (predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers) and, upon qualification, moved into its Corporate Finance department, advising on a range of transactions including corporate M&A, high tech equity raising, and leveraged buy-outs. Prior to joining EuroConsult, Steve worked in the M&A department of GKN plc, a £3.6 billion manufacturer of automotive, off-highway and aerospace products, where he spearheaded cross border transactions in the USA, Europe and China. Steve graduated from the University of Nottingham with First Class Honours in Mathematics. |
