As Director of Operations and Program Management Mr. Kennedy's primary role is to manage all aspects of SkillsNET operations, including interactions with customers and internal coordination of production efforts. Prior to his arrival at SkillsNET in July 2006, Mr. Kennedy served in the United States Navy for 21 years in a variety of shipboard and shore-based assignments. His active duty service culminated with his assignment as Strategic Analysis Officer for Naval Service Training Command at Great Lakes, IL. In this capacity, he was responsible for all training analysis efforts associated with officer and enlisted accessions training. Mr. Kennedy received a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD and an M.S. in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. Andy McCuistion Mr. McCuistion brings thirty-two years of accounting and management experience to the company. Mr. McCuistion oversees the Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Facilities Management and Legal Departments. He has served in private industry in the manufacturing and wholesale sectors, and in the public service arenas of finance and accounting and city management for communities in Texas. Mr. McCuistion holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso. Tom Scott As the Director of Contracts Mr. Scott offers to our customers over twenty-seven years of contract management experience for both commercial and federal contracts. Over the years Tom has served in private industry managing a broad range of multiple domestic and international contracting challenges. He holds a BS in Education from West Texas A&M University, a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and has been a member of the National Contract Management Association, Council of Fellows since 1986. |
