Steven Jacobs is a Managing Director and Partner of DTZ Rockwood and co-head of DTZ Rockwood’s Asset Management group. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood in 1998, Mr. Jacobs was a Vice President in the MONY Group’s Real Estate Investment Management Group, where for six years he was responsible for the asset management, redevelopment, development and disposition of over $500 million of MONY’s debt and equity real estate investments. Prior to joining MONY, Mr. Jacobs was a practicing architect and real estate broker in Boston. Mr. Jacobs holds a B.A. and M.A. in architecture and an MBA from Columbia University. |
