Steve Campione is a director of the Private Capital at Daniels & Associates. The Private Capital Group works closely with a broad range of clients to facilitate M&A transactions as well as raising capital to fund acquisitions, re-capitalizations and buy-outs. This group has been responsible for raising more than $2 billion of capital in the past five years. The transactions in which he has participated cover a wide range of industries in the US, Europe and Latin America including cable television, programming, hospitality broadband services, triple play competitive service providers, telecommunications infrastructure and services, software, and various wireless solutions. Mr. Campione has led both buy and sell side transactions, as well as capital raising efforts for both equity and debt financings for a wide range of Daniels’ clients. He has also advised private equity funds including KKR, Providence Equity, Madison Dearborn, Wachovia Capital Partners and Nautic Partners on transactions ranging from $10 million to over $16 billion in transaction value. Prior to joining Daniels, Mr. Campione was assistant vice president of New Business Credit at Sumitomo Bank Capital Markets where he evaluated transaction and credit risk for the Derivatives Group. Mr. Campione also spent two years at a large regional law firm specializing in litigation involving private equity partners and funds. Mr. Campione earned an MBA in finance from New York University's Stern School of Business and a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University. He currently resides in NJ with his wife and two children. |
