Steve oversees strategic marketing planning, residential sales and leasing, and commercial leasing initiatives for the company and its individual development projects. He has over two decades of marketing, strategic planning, business management, branding and consulting experience in firms ranging from Fortune 500 to Internet startup status. Currently, Steve serves on the Board of Directors for Union County Habitat for Humanity. Steve received his Masters of Business Administration from The University of Virginia’s Darden School and his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee. |
