Steve Berg joined Emulex in September 2006 and serves as senior vice president of corporate development. Mr. Berg leads the company's development and implementation of long-range strategic corporate objectives, including the cultivation of new business opportunities and strategic relationships, while spearheading merger and acquisition activities.Previously, Mr. Berg served as Vice President and Research Analyst at a New York-based investment bank, Punk Ziegel & Company, and helped develop and implement a global management information system for Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase). Steve Berg holds a master's degree in business administration from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor of science degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Mr. Berg is also a Chartered Financial Analyst. |
