Steve L. Hernández is an associate in the Cerritos office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Mr. Hernández represents employers in all aspects of labor relations and employment law matters, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour. Prior to joining AALRR, Mr. Hernández worked for the National Labor Relations Board, where he investigated and litigated unfair labor practice charges; negotiated numerous settlements; and served as a hearing officer in cases involving employee elections concerning union representation. Mr. Hernández is fluent in Spanish and has used his language skills extensively in his practice. |
