Steve A. Witters concentrates his pratice in patent law, especially drafting and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications as well as conducting clearance and infringement analyses. His diverse and unique background as a chemical engineer where he conducted and managed a variety of projects such as industrial water treatment systems, hazardous and radiological remedial design and waste treatment, and bench scale as well as pilot plant studies of new and innovative chemical processes makes him strong in the chemical and mechanical arts.During law school, he started an environmental company where he consulted businesses on environmental issues and provided training courses in the areas of asbestos and lead.
