Mr. Walters has more than 15 years business experience in the Asia-Pacific Region. He is responsible for corporate development initiatives that have seen a successful restructuring of the predecessor company. He is the founder and principal of the Carlingford Group of companies based in Singapore, and in the last 24 months has raised over USD 6.0 million for investment in promising early stage technology companies, principally from North America. Through the establishment of licensing agreements and joint ventures with strategic partners, Mr. Walters is leading these companies into expansion into the Asia-Pacific region. Carlingford focuses on companies in the biomedical, computer network and wireless telecommunications industries. Mr. Walters possesses an in-depth knowledge of the public markets, has acted as President-CEO of a US publicly traded company, and is Director of a number of private Companies in Canada and Singapore. |
