The Managing Director of First Industrial Realty Trust’s Central Region Steve Stoner brings to the role more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate helping corporate customers solve complex logistical challenges.
As Managing Director of First Industrial’s Central Region Mr. Stoner will lead new business development in the region by identifying new opportunities to deliver customized solutions to corporate customers.
Prior to joining First Industrial Mr. Stoner was President of the Corporate Services Group at Grubb & Ellis Company where he directed a staff of more than 100 professionals responsible for transaction management strategic consulting lease adminstration project management and corporate finance for the company’s corporate client base.
Previously he was Managing Director of strategic consulting for FPL Associates a Chicago-based provider of specialized advisory services to the real estate industry. Earlier he was Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen’s U.S. Real Estate Advisory Services business.
A member of the Board of Directors for CoreNet Global Mr. Stoner earned his MBA from Indiana University and his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Boston University.
