Stephen Kindl is responsible for The Plasencia Group’s Northeast Region and is based in Hartford, Connecticut.

Mr. Kindl has an extensive track record in successful client management as well as capital market transactions, completing a production volume of over $3.5 billion in acquisitions, sales and financings. Prior to joining The Plasencia Group, Mr. Kindl was at Cigna Realty Investors, where he was portfolio manager of its $1.4 billion open-end commingled fund and its 140 state, municipal and corporate pension funds. He also served as regional head of acquisitions responsible for the range of product types in markets throughout the country. Mr. Kindl also served as Vice President Dispositions at John Hancock Insurance, where he coordinated the sale of over $1.3 billion of hotel assets.

The range of disciplines over his twenty-three years in the real estate industry include production, marketing, accounting as well as asset and portfolio management and he has a national perspective.

He received a Master's degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
