Stephen Diamond is an associate in the Global Securities department at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, with a broad financial and corporate practice, including the areas of public and private securities offerings. Mr. Diamond's securities experience includes advising businesses and investment banks in the U.S. and Latin America on equity offerings as well as investment grade and high-yield debt transactions. These offerings have included registered initial public offerings, subsequent primary and secondary offerings and Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings coupled with registration rights.
Mr. Diamond received his J.D. in 1998 from William & Mary School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from New York University in 1993. He is based in the Firm's New York office and is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Italian. |
